How to Register on SPORTTRIC

A step-by-step guide for institutions creating a new account at sporttric.unesa.ac.id

Open the registration page

Go to the SPORTTRIC homepage and click Submission in the top-right corner, or click Login and then Create an account on the sign-in screen.

Fill in your Account details

Under the Account section, enter your login and account credentials:

Name Login Email Password Confirm Password

Use an active email address — the verification link will be sent there. Password and Confirm Password must match.

Complete the Institution Profile

Scroll down to Institution Profile and provide your institution's general information, including:

Logo Banner

Upload a clear institution logo and banner image.
Fill in the remaining institution fields further down the form (institution name, address, and contact details) as requested.

Submit your registration

Double-check all fields, then submit the form. You'll be redirected into the system, but access is limited until your account is approved.

Wait for admin verification

You'll see an "Account Not Verified" notice — this is expected. A SPORTTRIC administrator needs to review and approve new institution accounts before they're activated.

While you wait If you receive a verification email, open the link inside it to activate your account right away. If access is still restricted after some time, contact the UNESA SPORTTRIC administrator to confirm your verification status.

Log in

Once your account is verified, return to the homepage, click Login, and sign in with the email and password you registered.
